The only shipping carriers we use are FedEx and USPS
For items over 5 lbs., we ship via FedEx Ground. For some items under 5 lbs. we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We require insurance on all items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $100. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us at service.tx0142@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is.

If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, contact us at service.tx0142@i-soldit.com. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Forms of Payment:
We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Money Orders, personal checks, Money wires, or Cash

Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. Prompt Payment:
