New, in original box. This autransformer can work in any country where voltage is from 110V to 130V. It is bigger than normal 60Hz only autotransformer, but run on 60 Hz very cool. Actual switch is a breaker 20A, so the autotransformer is protected against overcurrent. On side box is voltmeter, so you can see output voltage.
