Games/Consoles
All new games and game consoles are NON-REFUNDABLE once they are opened and we will not be able to exchange them. All games sold under the condition of "used" or "as is" are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions, sorry. Please note, the import games for sale are in Japanese, unless otherwise stated. PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, and Gamecube import Games are only compatible with Asian/Japanese Systems. DS, PSP, and PS3 Import Games are compatible with U.S, Asian, and Japanese Systems.
Local Pick-ups
For the safety of our team members and Gamezforless, we currently do not allow for any local pickups. Sorry about that, but safety comes first.
- Upon winning an auction, an email with checkout instructions will be sent to your eBay registered email address. You MUST complete the order through our checkout system.
- We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover
- If paying by Paypal Echeck, please allow 7-10 days for clearance. Paypal Echeck payments will not be shipped until cleared. We DO NOT accept checks
- Payments are expected within 72 hours (3 days) after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item and Non-paying bidder alert complaint will be filed with Ebay upon non-receipt of payment.
- If you are bidding on more than one item, please wait for all auctions to end. Perform ONE Checkout after you receive the final email. Once completed checkout, you will not be eligible to discount or combine further auctions.
- California State law requires 9.25% sales tax on all orders made within California. As of April 1st, 2009, California has increased its sales tax to an additional 1% from 8.25%.
We ship only within the United States, and shipping is FREEOrders ship every business day, M-F. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. All completed orders will be most likely be shipped out in within 24-48 hours on business days. If a holiday falls on a weekday, orders will be shipped the next day.

- In order to make an exchange or refund, we need the transaction records of the purchase, an RMA # and you must include the original packaging/retail box and all contents provided
- Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- Import Games cannot be returned if the description was misunderstood. Please read software/game auctions carefully to see if your console(s) are compatible.
- We cannot accept returns for Dead Pixels due to our suppliers not accepting returns for dead pixel consoles.
