BRAND NEW! "The Strawberry Skirt" This Adorable Little Girls Skirt is a ONE OF A KIND Creation! Perfect for Summer! Fits Girls Size 5 - 6 - 6X * (Measurements below) This is a piece you will not find in any stores! In addition to crafting, painting, and faux-finishing, I enjoy sewing as a crafty outlet, and as a sewing artist, I consider fabric to be my medium of expression. When bidding on this skirt, please consider the many, many hours & the TLC that went into creating it! Take a look at all the details throughout this adorable skirt! The various panels have lots of handiwork and TLC! Pretty fabrics include ones with ripened red strawberries on a yellow background; tiny white flowers on a red background; and gren & white gingham checks. The stretchy elasticized waistband is highlighted with pretty white floral trim all the way around. The bottom hemline is also finished with a white floral trim adornmant. All panels were first put together by hand. Then, when I was satisfied with my alternating pattern, I DOUBLE-STITCHED all the panels for durability. (I have a daughter too, and I know little girls like to play, but that we, moms, like to get value for our dollar and don't want garments that won't hold up!) Even the INside of this skirt has lots of attention to detail. I'vew stitched a ribbon around the inside of the waistband to finish off the top of the panels. The stretchy waist measures 19.25 (relaxed) and stretches to 23.25" totally outstretched. Skirt's length is 11 inches. I absolutely love these adorable fabrics! Hope you will too!
