This was purchased at the American Girl Benefit Sale.  She is new in original Mint box.  She has a very tiny X, more like a dot on her bottom to denote her as being bought from the sale.  Her wig is perfect, arms & legs are tight,  she is new!  Just has a small x on her that does not affect the quality of the doll!

Please Pay within 5 Days through Paypal.  You may use echecks, debit, or credit cards through the Paypal system.  Items will not be shipped that use echecks until they clear Paypal.  Unpaid item will be filed if not paid within 10 days.

We combine shipping whenever possible.  Each additional outfit/accessory is just $2 after highest shipping cost paid.  If buying 5 or more it is just $1 after highest shipping price paid.  Most Furniture items are not eligible for combined shipping because of there size, they will be noted in the description. 

All items are well packaged in new cardboard shipping boxes, or bubble mailers for items that are in plastic bags.  Items < 13 ounces go first class mail, items 14 ounces to 3 pounds go Priority Mail, and items over 3 pounds go UPS unless priority mail is cheaper.  Books go Media Mail. If you need expidited shipping please contact us or note in your payment.

Most shipments go out within 24 hours of payment received.  During holidays slight delays can be expected.  If this is time sensitive please note it when checking out or contact me, things happen and occassionally I can't get everything out next day.

We love to ship Internationally.  Shipping is within 3 days of payment received.  Please do not ask us to change the customs declaration, items are declared at there value.  If you need priority shipping please ask, otherwise we try to ship it the least expensive way.

There are no returns on books.  We do accept returns on girls clothing, only if the tags are attached and the item is unworn, we do understand that items don't always fit right.  There will be a $5.00 restocking fee on returns to cover our costs, and shipping costs are not refunded.

There are no returns on other items unless our description is faulty.  Please contact us right away if you are unhappy with your purchase or service.  We will try to make it right, if we were at fault.
