Shipping is within five days, which means that I will package and drop of the purchased item at the post office within five days.  The actual length of shipment depends upon which shipping method you purchase and the post office delivery.

Refunds, insurance, and tracking are only available if you purchase the shipping insurance.

Please consider buying the shipping insurance for an additional $3.00.  This $3.00 includes refunds, insurance, tracking...if this insurance is not purchased, then you are responsible for the item (once it has been shipped).  This additional payment will insure your product if it is damaged or lost in shipment.

For the refund, you will have to return the product to me at your cost.  Then, once I receive the item, I will refund your money in full.  If the product is considered lost (which means you haven't received the item after three weeks of shipment), then I will refund your cost for product price, not the shipping costs.  These refunds will ONLY be given if the items are returned AND if the shipping insurance has been purchased..
