Returning an Item

Please obtain RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing us at with your name, Ebay ID, Item name, Item number, and reason for RMA request prior to returning an item to us.
All item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories without any damage or sign of abuse via trackable shipper with insurance (UPS, FedEx, etc...)
If item returned is verified to be in working condition, buyer will be refunded less shipping and 20% restocking unless buyer pays for additional shipping cost
