We accept Paypal, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, check or money order.  We will not accept wire transfers.  Payment is expected within 7 days of winning the item.  Please contact us asap if you are paying with check or money order to let us know when we can expect payment.

In most cases, we ship within one business day.  We never charge a handling fee for our shipments. 

While we do everything we can to make sure your item arrives in a reasonable amount of time, we do not guarantee shipping times.  Also, if you do not purchase insurance, we will not be held responsible for lost or damages packages.  The delivery confirmation number you receive when we send you an email is NOT a tracking number.  Sometimes it will give an idea of where your package is but there is no guarantee.  This is the post office policy.   We always recommend purchasing insurance and offer it with all of our listings.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  Please note that customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes.  We will not accept packages that are returned because the customer failed to pay the duties and taxes.  It is the customers responsibility to estimate these charges before they purchase from us.  This can be done by contacting your local customs office.  We can not guarantee shipping times as once the package leaves us it can be delayed in transit or in customs.   Additionally, we will not mark items as gift or no value on the package or otherwise lie on the customs form.  It is against the law.
