Your invoice is included inside the shoe box, if your purchase is a present for somebody special, please let us know and we can alternatively email you the invoice before your item is wrapped and posted.

PAYMENT - All sales are to be finalised with 5 days of sale. Payments are accepted via Pay pal.  Please note that monies must be received and cleared before items will be posted,  E-Cheques take 3-5 days clearance.

POSTAGE - Items will be posted within 24hrs of cleared payment Mon – Fri excluding Public Holidays.  Single items are generally posted in 3kg Express Post Satchel, unless otherwise specified. For internationally postage costs, the most economical way to post internationally is by Airmail, this is not covered by insurance.  Please email location and postcode for quote or simply click on the postage calculator below.

RETURNS - We except exchanges as we understand that all feet are not the same and you may require an exchange in size.  Please contact us by phone or email, if they do not fit so we can attend to the issue. Please post your items back with a suitable return addressed package (satchel preferred), all return postage costs are at the buyers expense, so please ask questions if you query your sizing, we are more than happy to reply to your emails.  If we do not have the same shoe in a different size or colour a voucher will be issued at the same value as the purchased item only not including postage and is valid for 6 months or a refund can be issued for the sale price excluding the postage charge and restocking fee of $3.00.
