Here is a simple but very cute brown and pink polka dots.  Pink is the background color with brown dots throughout the material.  The dots are a little more then 1/2" across each one.  This material is more sturdy then most cotton materials.  Very nice.

These covers does not come with padding so its best to put it over your existing padding on the seat.

Fits most 5 point system infant car seats.  The openings for the straps are made bigger to accomodate most systerms.  I tried to fit it on on of those infant seats that converts to a toddler seat.  It actually will fit but very snug however,  I don't recommend it but it does fit.

There is an elastic that makes it easy to put on and off the car seat. Very durable and washable cotton fabric.  I haven't washed it due to your preference in detergents.
