Payment

We accept Paypal.

All payments must be received within 3 days after the auction or buy it now has ended. If payment will be delayed please email us the reason and when you will pay for consideration. If payment is not received within the 3 day period and we do not hear from you, the item will be relisted and no payment will be reported to ebay. Echecks for paypal also can take several days to clear and we can only ship after the check clears.

Please do not bid or buy items that you have no intentions on paying for.

Shipping

We ship this item on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The shipping prices include delivery confirmation and you will be emailed with the tracking numbers.

We can combine shipping on multiple auctions that are won withing 1 week of each other. We ask that you email us for the pricing before bidding so we can give you the proper price and email you with the correct invoice after the auctions end.

International shipping is available on most of our items so please email us for availability and pricing.

Due to changes in EBAY policy insurance is no longer ad optional addition. Hence all items over $100 will have insurance added automatically.

International shipping will have insurance added in cost of shipping.  In addition we mark all packages as gifts but cannot take responsibility for any possible customs/brokerage fees.  Those fees will be your responsibility. We offer UPS or USPS shipping.

Feedback

Returns

Since all of our products are personal care items and many are sterile we therefore cannot accept any returns.
