•  - Place a soft measuring tape and measure yourself from your outer corner of your shoulder in the middle (where your shirt seam is). Drape the tape measure diagonally across your body down to your hip bone. REMEMBER to measure the length loosely across your body to the hip, not pulled tight. The number will probably between 20 and 30”.
•  - For pregnant mom, measure it by your back.
• Ask someone to do it for you: It won’t be accurate if you try to do this yourself:

Have them pull the tape measure tight and come down across your back and around to your opposite hip bone. 

 - This size of sling you order should be similar to your fitted t-shirt size when not pregnant.

•  - Order a smaller size if you are short, or prefer to wear your baby higher; order a larger size if you are tall, have a large bosom, or prefer to wear your baby lower.
• With your baby in the sling, the bottom of the sling should hit your body near your hip bone.  For best fit, it should be at or just above your hip bone.
