Payments are processed in the order in which they are received in our shipping department - most often the day AFTER payment clears. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Frequently, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be processed within 2 business days.

We offer a variety of shipping options for you during Checkout. The options made available to you will depend on your shipping address, and are explained in each auction description. Brief explanations of these services:

USPS Economy Ground (6 - 12 Business Day Service) This is our economy option, but does take a little longer to arrive. Tracking is provided for this service - frequently the last scan is made at your local post office.

Premium Ground (2 - 6 Business Day Service): This service is currently provided by UPS Ground. Tracking is provided for this service as well as insurance up to $100. Additional insurance coverage is available. You may also choose to have your item delivered by UPS 3 day select service: UPS 3 day select or UPS next day delivery (all accordingly priced).

Note: UPS doesn't delivers to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses.

US Shipping Terms:

We will make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days of cleared payment. All UPS shipments include insurance up to $100 - additional insurance is available during checkout. Orders sent via UPS will automatically generate an email upon shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery.

For shipment where USPS Priority Mail is available - These shipments include delivery confirmation. Orders sent via Priority Mail will automatically generate an email upon shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days to arrive.

Shipping cost stated for US is for customers residing in 48 continental states. Alaskan, Hawaiian, Puerto Rican customers please contact us for your shipping quote before making your purchase.

Combined Shipping Offer:

YES - We offer a combined shipping discount to our customers. Upon winning more than one auction, you will automatically receive a shipping discount on each additional item that is paid for and shipped together. PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of our Combined Shipping offer you must use Checkout ONLY after all auction have been completed, and you pay for all of your winning items together using our Checkout payment system.

International Shipping:

We offer International Shipping on most of our items to a large number of countries. However, due to contractual agreements with our suppliers, there are some items that we ship inside the USA only. Check the specific item listing under shipping terms to find out whether that item can be shipped internationally. If it cannot be shipped out of the USA, please do not ask us to make an exception. All International packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition. Returns are NOT permitted on International shipments.

Purchased item(s) must be in the original packaging and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt date, we will refund your winning bid amount minus 15% restocking fee. Of course, in the rare circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. Please note: It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have stated in the auction. Requests for substitutes on product won may be accommodated, but must be made prior to completing checkout, and will incur an additional handling fee.
