Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for merchandise credit or refund. Returned items must be unused in original packaging with tags attached. You must notify us via email if you plan to return an item. All returns must include an original transaction record or packing slip we provide. Shipping refunds are only offered if we make a mistake in the listing or if the item is defective. During the Christmas selling season merchandise may be returned until January 25.

Shipping.

We are very proud of our excellent shipping record. Items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. You will be sent an email when your item ships with USPS tracking information. A packing slip will be included with all purchases. Please email us if you are purchasing multiple items and we will send you an invoice with discounted shipping. All items are carefully inspected before shipping and packaged in poly bags. We use quality shipping materials and do not over stuff boxes in order to save money.You may purchase shipping insurance in addition if you would like.  

 We are very happy to ship to our Canadian neighbors. We will ship your items within 24 hours of payment using U.S. Postal Service Letter Post 4-7 Days. Item #1 ships for $7.95 (Belts and Wallets $5.95) and each additional item is $3.50. If your purchase exceeds 4 pounds we will send more than 1 box. Please email us your phone number upon purchasing your items. The U.S. Postal Service requires we include this on your Customs Forms. You may upgrade to Parcel Post Insured 4-10 days However the rates are very expensive. Item #1 is $14.00 and each additional items is $3.00. In many cases this may not be worth the expense.
