Simple Plug And Play interface, no need to install special software
When the player is connected to your computer it will show up in My Computer as a removable drive. Find where you music is stored on your computer and just drag and drop the songs or videos you want to copy to the player. You need to make sure the music files are .mp3 files and not another format. If you use Itunes your files are probably .m4p or .m4a. They need to be converted to .mp3. I would suggest another service other than itunes. Your computer will recognize the player when its connected. If it does not you can try another USB cable. A bad cable can cause this problem.

SYNC WITH iTUNES!!
Itunes agent seems to work better with older versions of ITUNES. If you cannot sync with Itunes you can still use ITUNES to download music and just drag and drop to the player. ITUNES is one of many music services you can use for downloads. Make sure your music service downloads in .MP3 format and not encrypted .WMA format.
You will need ITUNES agent ( http://ita.sourceforge.net/ ) and microsoft framework 2.0 ( http://www.microsoft.com/downloads...lang=en )
Itunes downloads in .M4P or .M4A. These file formats will only play on IPODS. You must convert those formats to .MP3 format to play on this player or any player other than an ipod.
Open iTunes.
1. Select "Edit" then "Preferences"
2. Select the "Advenced" tab.
3. Select the "Importing" tab.
4. Were it says "Import Using" select "MP3 Encoder" in the drop-down menu. Then hit "OK"
5. Right click the song you want converted to MP3 and in the menu the pops-up from the right
click select the option to "Convert Selection To MP3" this will make a MP3 copy of the song.
6. You now have 2 copys of the song. one in .m4p and one in .mp3. You may get the message cannot perform operation, you do not have permission or something like that. If you do you can burn the songs to a CD and then rip from the CD in .MP3 format with windows media player
