- We will accept returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items or items significantly not as described.
- Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds will be provided.
- If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return.
- Buyer must receive a RETURN instructions (RMA form) from us in order to ship back the phone.
- Buyer has 24 hours from the time they receive the item to report a defect to us. After that, they will have 7 days to ship
it back to us for exchange.
- Most of our items have a manufacturer's warranty. We ask that you use that whenever possible. We will assist you with the process.
- Returns must be in original new condition. It has to be returned to us in the very same condition you receive it in.
