All returns require prior authorization.  Please call 800-497-3119 for a return merchandise authorization number.  Any item returned without authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

Return of New Items
You may return most new, factory-sealed, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items must be returned in their original product packaging unopened. If the item is opened, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Upon redemption of ThrillingCash rewards, purchases that generated the reward are no longer eligible for return even inside of the 14 day return policy.  Furthermore, purchases made using ThrillingCash rewards are non-returnable

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please call us at 800-497-3119.  Your item will be exchanged for the same item at no additional cost to you.  If the item is found to be defective after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty assistance.  Opened merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee if returned for a refund. Additional fees may be assessed for missing items.

Non-Returnable Items:
ThrillingAudio.com is unable to accept returns for the following:
• Items without original packaging or missing UPC label
• Speaker brackets and stands 
• Accessories valued under $75
• Cables and wire
• Special order merchandise
• Discontinued or clearance merchandise


How do I return my item?

Contact us: Call 1-800-497-3119 to request Return Merchandise Authorization. You must have an RMA number to return an item. Packages received without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.

Package it: Item must include all accessories (wires, manuals, remotes, etc.) and original packaging.  Product missing the UPC label cannot be returned.  If an item returned, is missing any of the manufacturer’s supplied accessories or packaging, or if there is obvious damage or visible wear to the unit, ThrillingAudio.com reserves the right to refuse the return.  All returns are subject to final inspection. The RMA# must be boldly visible on the outside of the box. 

Ship it: Send product freight prepaid and insured using a traceable service.  The return address will be provided when return authorization is issued.  ThrillingAudio.com is not responsible for lost or damaged product sent back to us.  Please verify with your selected carrier, the proper packaging guidelines to guarantee insured coverage.
