As pictured. Brand new beaver fur felt (wool) campaign hat. Includes genuine leather chin strap. This is not an official BSA hat but you will be the only one who knows that.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
All payments must be received within 10 days of auction end. We do file complaints with Ebay for all unpaid items. Payment can be made by Cash, Cashiers check, Paypal, or directly with any major credit card. If you need to make special payment arrangements please let us know.

Please use the "contact seller" option through Ebay. We answer all emails as quickly as possible but be advised we receive hundreds of emails per day so it make take us a day or two to reply to your email. If for some reason you do not get a response please email us alternate contact information such as a phone number as many email servers filter out emails, this typically will happen with MSN, Hotmail, and Yahoo accounts.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
Generally all items are shipped out within 48 hours of payment. Shipping time will very depending on your location, as a general rule, expect to recieve your item within two weeks. We add two dollars to the price of shipping to cover packing material, supplies, labor, and transportation costs to the post office. This fee is included in the calculated cost at the bottom of the auction. Please check our calculated rates prior to bidding, if it is not an acceptable rate please do not bid. We calculate all rates based on USPS priority mail however many items will be shipped out via UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Generally all items are shipped out within five days of payment. Shipping time will very depending on your location, as a general rule, expect to recieve your item within 30 days of payment. We add two dollars to the price of shipping to cover packing material, supplies, labor, and transportation costs to the post office. This fee is included in the calculated cost at the bottom of the auction. Please check our calculated rates prior to bidding, if it is not an acceptable rate please do not bid. We calculate all rates based on USPS priority mail. We only offer priority mail shipment on international packages We only ship to countries that are on good terms with the United States. RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with us. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied you may return your item to us for a refund. We will gladly refund the purchase price of your item. Under no circumstances will we refund shipping charges. You must receive prior authorization before returning any item, you will be emailed a return authorization to include with your shipment.

We will leave positive feedback for you once you have received the item and notified us that everything is fine. We are not in the business of leaving negative feedback and prefer not to deal with people that are. It is a rare circumstance that you would have an issue with your order, if you do, contact us and we will correct it.
