We require direct signature for all purchases. Person listed on a Shipping Address must be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery.
Insurance is mandatory for all purchases over $100.00
During checkout you will be provided with an option to purchase insurance for your package. If you decline insurance please understand we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, if insurance is purchased we will replace or refund the order upon your notification if we can verify that your item has not been delivered from the package tracking number.
Tracking number will be available on the same or next business day after your package is shipped out. The tracking number should automatically be provided to you via e-mail from Paypal. Fedex packages can be tracked at www.Fedex.com or by calling 1 800 GOFEDEX.
Please contact us if you haven't received an email with your tracking information. Please make sure to track your package once the tracking number is received. We require a direct signature for all packages.
Refused or unclaimed merchandise. Customers will incur additional charges if an unclaimed or refused package is sent back to our facility. Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
Local pick up at our facility is not available for liability reasons.

We are all about outstanding customer service. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept your return no questions asked.
Please contact us prior to returning an item. We cannot accept responsibility for unauthorized returns. Please e-mail us at shadesexpostore@gmail.com "Attn: Returns" in a subject for RA#. Please indicate an RA# on the box .
*Item(s) presented for return must be in resellable, unworn & original condition with all warranty papers, cases and with stickers attached within 7 business days. We do not sell used eyewear and will not accept used eyewear for return. If all of the above conditions are satisfied - we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount less shipping and handling. Restocking fee of 12% applies. For exchanges restocking fee is waved. Please allow 8 business days to process a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping an item to our facility.
Important! When getting your return ready to ship please include a copy of the original packing slip or PayPal Payment Receipt and detail contact information.
We strongly advise our customers to use a traceable method of shipment for returns.
