Each sling is custom made to order. Therefore please allow up to ONE week for your sling to be made. Most slings do ship in a few days but please be aware that it could take up to one week! You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification email. All slings are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your sling has shipped, you can track the shipping of your package by logging onto your PayPal account. *All slings shipped outside of the United States must be declared as ?other? on all custom paperwork.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions: The item must be in NEW condition and NOT used. There can be no rips, tears, smells, or any other factor that warrants use. You will be refunded the Buy It Now minus a $5 restocking fee which help to compensate for listing and payment fees. Shipping charges are NOT refunded. For slings that qualify for free shipping, there will be a $5 fee if returned to compensate original shipping expenses. Please email prior to returning any item for return address.
