Send the defective unit back to us and we will send a replacement. If a buyer decides they do not want/need a recently purchased item we will take it back. There is a restocking fee of 15% for all functioning returns. The returned item must have been purchased within 30 days from when it was sent back to us. The item must be in new condition with all original packaging and paperwork. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping. |
