A beautiful blouse Tunic in a size 3X from Angela Plus. Plunging neckline, elastic empire waist, sequins and embelllishments all make this a uniquely beautiful top for winter!

The material is black with a golden sheen to it, shimmers in the light.  But is very soft to the touch, not scratchy at all.

It measures between 50-52 inches in the bust and 56 inches in the hips. The length is 32 inches.
