Bottom line is I abide by Ebay~If you are new to ebay and don't know-ASK? I check email MANY times a day!

I accept Paypal,Money Order & Personal Checks!    (I hold item 10 days until your check clears!)I will not harass you for payment but if I do not hear from you within 3 days I will send a 2nd invoice-on the 7th day I file a non-paying bidder alert-Ball is in your court then-A little communication is all that is needed most times to prevent misunderstandings-SO JUST TELL ME IF THERE IS A PROBLEM-We ALL have issues occasionally and I am reasonable-(just don't try to verify that with my EX)

FEEDBACK~a very touchy subject for me!! UNTIL JUNE 20, 2007 I prided myself on being one of the few sellers to actually leave feedback first-I was and still am confident in my items,my service and am sure you will be pleased. However as I am selling more I am coming across more and more buyers that are impossible to please-whether it is sizing or wrinkles(I still don't know how to ship without getting wrinkles-please let me know if you come across it. )  or just they assumed when they shouldn't-- NOT TO MENTION THE JUST PLAIN IGNORANT ONES-The only Negative feedback I have received in the last 12 months comes from such-no communication-blasted me with negative because they didn't receive the item-had they contacted me I could have told them it had been delivered weeks earlier and they would have checked sooner with their neighbor who had it the whole time!!  So I am not holding your feedback hostage I just want to try and encourage better communication-SO Please let me know once your item arrives if there is a problem  and l'll work hard to make you happy!!

Shipping-usually a flat rate or shipping calculator  programmed-sometimes it is not and you can trust my feedback and know I'm honest and reasonable BUT please NEVER hesitate to ask for a quote-I personally NEVER buy before knowing my costs and I don't expect you to either~send me your zip code because that is what the Post Office uses to determine shipping costs which = your cost to me-I do add .55 cents for delivery confirmation! Please know I do NOT try to make money off the shipping~IF I make a mistake-it was a mistake and I give you that back~At least once a month I am off a bit and find myself issuing a refund to someone!! 

Please do NOT ask me to ship to an unconfirmed address after an auction has ended and you have paid!! If you want an item shipped to an address not listed already on your paypal account then you need to add it prior to bidding!! 

International Shipping~ I will ship internationally but please allow an extra day or so for me to get to the post office.  I have no control over USPS and the service and rate changes they have put into effect recently.

Last of all-I love Ebay and it works usually when you communicate~I am a people person and I do not feel harassed when you contact me-Please do NOT hesitate to email with any questions or concerns!!
