First, allow us at Majer Hockey to Thank You. We Hope That Majer Hockey can help you with all your hockey and goalie needs.

Bidding And Feedback:

• Please bid only if you plan on completing your purchase with us.
• We will always leave positive feedback from positive Ebay experiences.

Payment:

• We will happily accept your payments by Paypal or with your VISA or Master Card account number called into us.
• Payment is expected within 7 days.
• All Canadian residents please add GST to the final (includes shipping) price.
• All Ontario residents please add PST Plus GST to the final (includes shipping) price.
• Unless otherwise indicated all auction payment and shipping amounts are in US funds
• All other contires please note the you will be responsable for all shipping duties and applicable taxes.

Returns / Refunds:

• If a return is necessary, you must obtain an RMA number from us within three days of receiving your shipment.
• If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within three days of receiving your shipment and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
• A RMA number must be place on the sipped item.
• Shipped items returned to Majer Hockey without and visable RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused and no refund or exchange will be given.
• Items must be returned within 3 days after you have received your RMA number.
• There will be a 25% ( of total cost ) in restocking charges.
• Refunds will be made by cheque or returned to the same credit card that was original used to make the payment with.
• If you prefer, we are can apply your credit as a store credit or gift card.
• NOTE: In the rare event that we are unable to supply the listed item, at your choice, we are can offer a refund, an upgraded substitute product of equal or better value or a store credit.
  

Shipping / In-Store Pick-up:

• We ship world wide.
• Due to Majer Hockey's shippigng contracts, Majer Hockey has the best shipping prices on Ebay.
• We will ship item within three weeks of confirmed payment and tracking number will be sent to you via email..
• If you are requesting tracking information, please send us an email with the auction ID number, your name and address (The address that the item was shipped to).
• Combine auctions, and save on shipping.
• There are two types of shipping weights actual and Dimensional Weight.
• Dimensional Weight is a standard formula used throughout the freight industry that considers a package's density when determining charges. Transportation charges are based on the gross weight of the shipment or the dimensional weight of the shipment, whichever is greater. Simply put, dimensional weight is when the weight of a package is inappropriately less than the actual size of the package - like a box filled with inflated balloons!

• USA and International orders, our preferred shipment carrier is: Canpar Ground, Federal Express and Canada Post.
• Within driving distance we can have your auction ready for fitting and pick-up at one of our 2 Majer Hockey store location. (Must call first)
• WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED VIA CANADA POST UNLESS INSURED.
