Color:    Great selection of bright colors including; pink, red, orange, yellow, greens, blues and purple.

Finish:  This glass is semi-transparent, glossy on the front side and semi-glossy on the back side.

Size: 1/2" x 1/2" squares; tiles are hand cut so a few tiles may be a tad bigger or a tad smaller but most are spot-on. Tiles are generally 1/8th thick but glass always varies ever so slightly in it's thickness.

Quality: We have rigid quality control standards and do our best to ensure all our tiles are cleanly and evenly cut. However please note that some glass, especially mirror and iridized glass, are highly susceptible to edge chipping and “flairing” (the underside flairs out at the edge ever so slightly). We try our best to pull these tiles out but some packs may contain a few that have these characteristics. These characteristics will not affect the usability of the tile and your grout lines should cover these slight imperfections.

Use: Suitable for indoor or outdoor use; color will not fade. This glass is semi-transparent and can be used for all mosaic applications including frontlit (light shines down on the tiles) and backlit (light shines through the glass from the back).

SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping in the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii) and is a flat $5.00 regardless of the number of TILES you order.  All TILES can be combined together for shipping purposes. Grout, scrap glass and glue may only be combined with your mosaic tiles for shipping if there is room left in your parcel. Otherwise an additional postage charge is applicable for these items. Insurance is optional on all orders unless otherwise stated. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any damage done by the post office if you elect NOT to insure your parcel. This is especially important on Glass Sheet packs. We highly recommend insurance on orders of sheet glass, custom orders and large orders. If you have insured your parcel and it does incur damage we will do our best to help you file a claim and get replacement product in a timely manner. We cannot be held responsible fgor orders misdelivered, delayed or lost by the postal service although we will always do our best to help you to the best of our ability.

International Shipping is computed by converting your orders to a total number of 1/2" tiles and then using the following rates below. If you are unsure of your postage please email us:

Combined Shipping:

To allow me to ship all your items together under the flat rate specified above, you MUST pay for all your items with one combined payment.  Multiple orders not combined onto one payment will need to be shipped separetely with each order/payment being subject to the flat rate postage charge as indicated above. To combine orders:

1. Make your purchases but do not pay for them until you are completely done shopping - even if you are shopping over several days.
2. When you are done shopping go to My eBay and click on one of the items.
3. An invoice for all your purchases should appear with the combined postage rate displayed. Ebay's shipping calculator is often incorrect in it's determination of postage so if you feel this postage rate is incorrect please email for a revised invoice before making your payment!  
4. Pay from the link provided in the invoice/summary.

Order Processing:

We ship Monday through Friday every week. We generally do not ship on weekends although during peak seasons this is subject to change. Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday are not usually processed until the following week. Orders are generally processed within 1 - 3 business days but during busy times of the year (such as Christmas) processing may take slightly longer. Custom orders may also take slighly longer depending on the nature and size of the order. 

If you need your order in a RUSH please contact us to make arrangements and we will do our best to accomdate you. Expedited / Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge to most locations but please note the cut off for guranteed delivery next day is 11:00 am. 

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Customs and duty fees are a necessary part of international business but need not worry you. In my 5+ years of experience with international  commerce, duty fees are very rarely, if ever, applicable to the average artisan since they are not buying in quantities large enough to warrant the assessment of any fees. Customs and Duty fees are primarily designed for importers and exporters conducting business on a large scale with the intent of reselling the goods in the destination country.  If you have further concerns please feel free to email me and I can explain how we can work to best benefit you. It's in my interest to have you avoid these fees as I want you to be a repeat customer! 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not leave us neutral or negative feedback because customs delayed your order. We have no control over this and try our best to get every order to you as quick as possible. However, at certain times of the year (i.e. Holidays) or when Customs Departments are conducting audits, delivery of your parcel may be delayed slightly without any notification to us or you.
