Important: If you’re bidding on Multiple items, please do NOT make payment until you’re finished bidding. All auction wins need to be paid for within a 7-day period.

We offer our customers a variety of ways to pay through our secure server. Current payment methods include major credit cards (below), PayPal, Money Orders and Cashiers' checks. Personal checks drawn on US banks are fine but we need to hold them 7 working days before shipping goods.

For our protection and your security, if you input a shipping address that is different than the address of record you have with your credit card provider or with Paypal, it will delay shipping a couple of working days. To protect you and ourselves from the rampant fraud that's currently going on in the internet, we have to verify these payments. This policy is to prevent electronic payment fraud. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

On single or multiple auctions totaling $750.00 or more, we reserve the right to require payment by Money Order, Wire Transfer or credit card data, verifiable to our satisfaction. If special payment arrangements are necessary, due to the total owed and the shipping destination, we will notify the customer shortly after the auction(s) are complete.

Even if you're going to use a check or Money Order, it's important you use our CheckOut first to insure correct entry of all shipping data. Checks and Money Orders should be made to ProShopWarehouse.

Authentic Equipment

In response to the overwhelming publicity that counterfeit, cloned, and "fake" golf equipment that has recently surfaced in the golf market, Proshopwarehouse.com is proud to offer our "Authenticity Guarantee".

Most major manufacturer's in the Golf Equipment industry do take the time and expense to "serialize", in other words, mark their equipment so a buyer can verify if it is authentic. The process of serializing a hosel or shaft is expensive and time consuming, but does allow a buyer to establish, without question, that a piece of equipment is authentic product. It also allows easy traceability for the manufacturers and allows them to determine where product was purchased, warranty information, and other pertinent pieces of information.

Because of the expense involved in serializing equipment, some manufacturers elect not to do it. It is important for our customers to know this - because a certain piece of equipment does not have a serial number, it does not necessarily mean that it is a counterfeit piece of golf equipment.

At Proshopwarehouse.com, we certify that all products that we sell, new and used, are authentic goods. If, at any time, during the sales process, our customers have questions regarding the authenticity of equipment, what to look for, markings, etc, please contact us and we'll be happy to answer any questions that you may have and dispel all of your concerns. Shipping Information

Buyer Pays Shipping - Charges include Full Insurance

We currently ship both domestically and internationally via FedEx and at the buyer's expense. Please refer to the table (below) to obtain shipping charges. We give our customers a break if they've won more than one auction which can be shipped together.

Example: You've won three auctions for a set of irons, a driver and a putter and you live within the lower 48 states. The table shows charges of "$19.99 and $13.99" for the irons (Sets of clubs) and "$12.99 and $6.99" for the single clubs. Your total shipping charges will be $33.97, calculated as $19.99 for the set, then $6.99 each for the driver and putter.

Gloves, Grips, Heads, etc: Items of apparel or accessories like grips, that we offer in sets of more than one, will ship for a single "Accessories" charge. For example, a set of 13 grips, or a package of 3 gloves, would ship for $8.99 within the Continental United States.

* Sorry, But we do not ship to INDONESIA under any circumstance.

**SOME FOREIGN SHIPMENTS WILL INCUR TARIFFS OR CUSTOMS TAXES AND BROKERAGE IN THEIR DESTINATION COUNTRY. THESE, OF COURSE, ARE PAYABLE BY THE BUYER. FOR DETAILS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICE.

Important information for Canadian customers

We ship FedEx International Economy which means that customs brokerage (but not duty or taxes) will be prepaid and this will, in many cases, save you money.

Terms

We request Payment to be completed within 7 days of the auction date. We will re-list any item not paid for in a timely manner.

Please don't ask us to alter or substitute a different item for that which you won at auction. Our limited inventory makes this impossible.

We are required by Ohio state law to charge 6.5% sales tax on all items shipped to Ohio addresses, including tax on freight charges.

Return Information

If, when the merchandise is received, the buyer finds it to be materially different from the description in the auction, we will accept return of the merchandise. Buyer should notify us no later than three days after receipt of merchandise and we will authorize return. After satisfactory examination of the returned merchandise we will refund the buyer's bid price.

We're sorry but we can not, under any circumstances, accept return of new equipment after it's been used, even if it's only been hit once.

All orders are shipped Ground Insured unless another method is requested.

Products sold by Proshop Warehouse are covered by our 20-day return period. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 20-day return period the special exceptions section below.
All returns covered under our 20-day return period are subject to the following:

• For all Return / Exchanges please call Proshop Warehouse Customer Service at (800) 393-3012 Mon-Fri 10am-4pm Eastern Time Zone. Send email to service@proshopwarehouse.com.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Proshop Warehouse must accompany all returns.
• RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 3 days from the date the product was received.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 3 days from the date of issuance.
• All new product must be returned in the condition it was shipped. Product that has been used, even once, will not be accepted for return.
• Proshop Warehouse will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
• Proshop Warehouse does not offer cross ship service.
• 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Please allow 1 week for refund processing.
• A 5% Transaction fee will be assessed for all orders that are canceled prior to being shipped.

Bundled Items

• When returning an item that was originally part of a bundle, the refund amount will be based on the item's single unit price at the time of return.
• Arrangement for a return must be made within 3-days from the date the item is received.
• Products that are defective and/or the seal of included software is broken, can only be returned for repair / replacement.
• All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.

Warranty Service
In all cases, you must obtain a RMA number! If Proshop Warehouse is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from Proshop Warehouse Customer Service Dept. at (800) 393-3012. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible you must obtain a RMA number from them.

Return/Cancellation policy
Products sold by Proshop Warehouse are covered by our 3-day return period. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 3-day return period the special exceptions section.
