  • We will exchange only if the plane is totally defective, Seller reserves the right to replace defective parts rather than exchange the Plane.  Seller reserves the right to have the defective part(s) returned prior to replacement part(s) being shipped;
  • Report any defects within 3 days upon receipt of the plane;
  • If plane should be defective upon receipt, customer has up to 3 days from date of receipt for exchange for a new plane.  Plane must be returned in its original and unused condition;
  • Buyer agrees to pay all return shipping and handling fees in the event of an exchange;
  • Seller is not responsible for any damages from wear and tear or crashes while flying;
  • Buyer must provide photographs of packaging in the event of freight damage to plane for a replacement;
  • FOB:  SHIPPING POINT;
