Shipping is done on Tuesday and Friday. All items will ship using the Postal Service. You will receive an email from Paypal with a delivery confirmation number, when your item is ready to ship. Delivery Confirmation info. is available on the USPS website, but most of the time will NOT show much info. until the day the item is delivered. It is used to confirm delivery only. We offer insurance on all our items. Please use it as you wish. We DO pack our items well, and will not be responsible for an item getting broken during shipment.
Returns are excepted for exchange only. We will exchange any item within 3 days. If we do not have an exchange, then we will refund your money minus the S/H charge. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Shipping/Handling is not refundable-no exceptions. S/H is not just Postage-it is the cost of Postage, boxes, packing material, paper, ink, tape, and labor to pack and ship it.
