This thermostat is made by TOTALINE and it also includes 7 different branded face places (see picture below), so you can match your current thermostat exactly. Faceplates include the following brands: KEEPRITE, TEMPSTAR, KENMORE, HEIL, COMFORMAKER, AIRQUEST, ARCOAIRE.

This is unbelievable deal for a great high quality thermostat. This is the best thermostat on the market and you can get it for a fraction of the cost of the comparable thermostats. Retail price on this thermostat is $199 and the closest comparison is Honeywell TH1008 touch screen thermostat that sells for around $100 on ebay, but when it comes to features and looks, Honeywell is not as good as this Totaline thermostat.
