FREE shipping is eligible for most shipments to lower
48 states via UPS Ground only. We ship from our warehouse in CA either on
the same day or the following business days after receipt of payment. UPS
guarantee ground delivery in 6 business days within lower 48 states.
However, we recommend you allow 14 days for delivery especially during
holiday seasons. UPS ship to physical address only. Please verify
with UPS if your address is deliverable.
Outside of US 48
states: There is additional charge for orders ship to Alaska,
Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands?.etc), PO
Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO) and international addresses, please
contact us at 1-877-262-8880 for quotes before placing bids (We may use
different carrier such as USPS). All shipping and handling fees do not
include custom duty or local taxes.
Expedited
shipping: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select
are available with additional shipping and handling fee, please also
contact us for quotes before placing
bids.
Returned
items: It is the buyer's responsibility to send the item back at
their own cost regardless of reason of returns. We will refund the item
price less 20% restocking fee for all
returns
Undeliverable
addresses/ unclaimed packages/ returned packages: 20% of reshipping
fee will be charged to resend the merchandise
Exchange merchandise: Only the shipping and handling
fee for the 1st shipment will be waived. Regular shipping and handling fee
will be charged for any exchange items.

DAMAGE AND EXCHANGE
POLICY
Exchanges must be returned in its original condition except
damage upon arrival.
Damage upon arrival: If
you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within
24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the
original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage
item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the
pictures.
Discrepancies: If you have received incorrect
merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please
notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.
Purchased a wrong item: If you
have discovered that you have purchased an incorrect merchandise, color,
size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, you may return it in its
original packaging and condition for exchange within 15 days of receipt.
Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the
regular shipping and handling cost. Free shipping and handling does not
apply to exchange merchandise.

RETURN POLICY

and 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. If a
refund is desired, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. You must return the package in its original
packaging and condition within 15 days (3 days for Guitars and Pianos) of
receipt. If the item is purchased with free shipping, please refer to our
FREE shipping terms and conditions. They are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when
returning the merchandise. An RMA number MUST be visible on the returned
package. Any package that is returned without RMA # written on the box
will be refused. We recommend you insure the item and ship with reliable
carriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. Packages ship by the United States
Postal Service (USPS) will be refused due to the high damaging rate. If
the merchandise arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to
file a damage claim against the carrier. It is in your best interest to
purchase INSURANCE on the return
package.

For shipments to CA addresses, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax.
Payment
is expected within 5 days of auction close unless payment is being mailed,

winner will receive NEGATIVE

to eBay with possible account
