C.O.D (Collect on Delivery): We do not offer C.O.D. Balance must be paid in full before the musical instruments are shipped.

Payment Due: Payment is expected within 5 days after the auction closes unless the payment is in the mail. Unpaid buyers will be reported to eBay for unpaid item strike and possible account suspension.

After winning an item in an auction or completing a "Buy It Now" purchase, you will have two checkout options:

FREE shipping is eligible for most shipments to lower 48 states of USA via UPS Ground only. We ship from our warehouse in CA either on the same day or the following business days after receipt of payment. UPS guarantee ground delivery in 6 business days within lower 48 states. However, we recommend you allow 14 days for delivery especially during holiday seasons. UPS ship to physical address only. Please verify with UPS if your address is deliverable.

Outside of US 48 states: There is additional charge for orders ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands..., etc.), PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO) and international addresses, please contact us at 1-866-798-6688 for quotes before placing bids (We may use different carrier such as USPS). All shipping and handling fees do not include custom duty or local taxes.

Restocking fee: All return items are subject to a 20% of restocking fees or reshipping and handling fee

• Returned items: it is the buyer's responsibility to send the item back at their own cost regardless of reason of returns. We will refund the item price less 20% restocking fee for all returns
• Undeliverable addresses / unclaimed packages / returned packages. 20% of reshipping fee will be charged to resend the merchandise
• Exchange merchandise: Only the shipping and handling fee for the 1st shipment will be waived. Regular shipping and handling fee will be charged for any exchange items.

You must return the package in its original packaging and condition within 15 days of receipt. If the item is purchased with free shipping, please refer to our FREE shipping terms and conditions. They are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For orders that are charged shipping and handling, we will only refund the item price less listed shipping and handling. Due to the nature of online business and the unbeatable deals we offer, restocking fees OR shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. NO EXCEPTION!!! Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the merchandise. An RMA number MUST be visible on the returned package. All exchanges must be returned in its original condition except damage upon arrival

Damage upon arrival: If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.

Discrepancies: If you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.

Purchased a wrong item: If you have discovered that you have purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, you may return it in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 15 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the regular shipping and handling cost. Free shipping and handling does not apply to exchange merchandise.
