Many of our clothing items are gently used unless noted otherwise in the listing itself. We are careful to only list items that have been thoroughly examined for holes, missing buttons, stains, etc.
All of our items come from a non-smoking, no pets environment.

CANADIAN ORDERS:We are now offering shipment to Canada. For clothing items please add an additional $3 S&H to the cost we have listed. For items other than clothing you must contact us for a shipping rate before purchasing. We want to successfully sell to our Canadian neighbors but please understand that there are additional fees on our end. We can not use the free shipping supplies that our USPS gives us for shipments in the USA and International orders do cost more. Also please understand that because my post carrier does not pick up International orders we have to take Canadian orders to the post office. Please allow up to 4 business days for your item to ship out of the USA. Once we have been given a receipt from our post office that your shipment has been mailed we can not be responsible for non receipt. We will NOT issue refunds for lost or damaged packages. Please bid accordingly.
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are now offering shipment to many other countries. Please refer to the listing to see if we are shipping to your country. Please email us to get shipping costs before bidding. If purchasing without getting shipping cost in advance you will still be billed for the shipping costs and be responsible for full payment. We can not and will not be responsible for lost or damaged packaging so please order accordingly.
Feedback: Positive feedback is important to us. If you have problems with your order, or a damaged item, or you don't feel that the item you received was as described PLEASE contact us first before leaving neutral or negative feedback. While we go out of our way to provide great service and great products we are human and mistakes may happen. Please give us the chance to correct the problem before leaving harmful feedback.

Payment is required withing 5 days of the closing of auction. Item will be put back up for auction immediately after the 5 day period. If you are mailing a payment it is still required within 5 business days or your payment will be returned. Many times we will offer a second chance buy to any additional buyers that lost the auction.
We will accept paypal, credit cards and money orders only. We do not accept personal mailed checks but we will accept e-checks through paypal...please note that e-checks through paypal take an additional 5 business days to clear. Paypal gives us the funds upon clearing and highly recommends waiting to send customers their purchases until cleared.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. To help keep cost low we do not accept returns. All items are photographed and described as thoroughly as possible. If you receive an item other than described please contact us.

All items are shipped via USPS mail within 5 business days of receiving the order.
If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico you MUST contact us regarding shipping fee BEFORE placing bid as the fee WILL be higher than the fee listed. Items will not be shipped until the full S&H fee is received.
If insurance is wanted please contact us for additional fees before paying.
Once we have verification that your item has been delivered we can not be responsible for your item. It will become the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local USPS office.
We also can not be responsible for damaged done during shipping if the buyer has not paid for the insurance.
