Combined Shipping:

In order to qualify for combined shipping, you must wait until all auctions have ended to check out. If you have paid for an item, then any future purchases will not be able to be combined for the shipping discount. All payments must be made within 7 days. If payment is not made within 21 days, then the order will be cancelled and all items will be relisted.

Insurance Rates:
|
Insurance is optional on all orders and can be selected at the checkout. The cost of the insurance is $1.35 for all orders regardless of size or amount.

Sales Tax:

There will be a 6% Sales tax for all orders from Kentucky.

Payment Terms:
After all of your purchases have been made, you can send us payment or request an invoice for your purchases.
If purchasing multiple items, the combined shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. There is no need to request a total from us. If mailing your payment, please include a copy of the checkout confirmation page. Even if you are paying by money order or check, the checkout must still be completed.

General Terms:
We have a 14 day return policy on all items. If you wish to return an item for any reason, it must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. The item must also be in the condition in which it was received, having all tags still attached. To help facilitate speedy processing of the return, please provide us with the order number or ebay item number of the returned item in the return package.
Once we have received your return, we will issue you a promotional code to be used on your next purchase from us in the amount of the winning bid on the item. We do not give store credit for the initial shipping of the item or for the return shipping.
All returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
If you receive an item that is damaged or is not the item that you ordered, please email us so that we may assess the situation personally. We strive to make all transactions good ones for our customers.
