Long regarded as the "queen of the theremin" Clara Rockmore's virtuosity as the world's leading exponent of the theremin and her work with Leon Theremin on the developement of the instrument, led to performances with major orchestras and with her sister, the legendary pianoist, Nadia Resisenberg.
Clara Rockmore and her sister, Nadia Reisenberg are heard on this CD in 13 never-before released tracks, recorded in 1975. Also included are three theremin pieces with cello ensemble, and one accompanied by composer/guitarist Jorge Morel.
