SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and Handling charges are $3.95 for the first one and $1.95 for each additional one. WE SHIP FAST! Your items will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving your payment. Insurance is included in our Shipping and Handling charges. We are a major wholesaler of close-out and surplus merchandise.  As such, we buy in very large quanities with great savings and pass those savings on to you.  All of our eBay orders are professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery to you. We are required to collect sales tax (7.75%) on shipments to California addresses. Shipments to other states will not be charged sales tax.

RETURN POLICY

You may return your item(s) to us for an exchange or for a refund of the purchase price (buy it now price or final winning bid price) within 14 days of delivery to you (the package must be back to us within 14 days to be eligible for return or exchange).  Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.  To be eligible for return or exchange, you must contact us BEFORE sending anything back so we can issue a Return Authorization # and give you the correct address for return.  Exceptions:  1. If your item is delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  We will not be responsible for damaged, defective or incorrect items if you fail to notify us within 48 hours. 2. Your item(s) must be returned to us in brand new, resaleable condition with all paperwork and packaging you received.  Any item(s) not so returned will not be accepted. 3.  Items that are factory sealed and cannot be resealed once opened cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be received by us within 7 days of purchase. We accept Paypal, personal checks or cashier's checks/money orders. We strive to ship all items within 24 hours of cleared payment (holidays/weekends excepted).
