Returns

- Products must be returned unopened, new in box, and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped out. Return shipping costs will not be refunded and a restocking fee will be charged to cover our original shipping & handling costs.
- Open box returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact support@backbaybargains.com to discuss options.
- If there is a problem with the product, this product is under manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly. If you are not able to resolve the situation through them directly, please contact us at support@backbaybargains.com.
- Buyer must contact support@backbaybargains.com within 10 business days of the product being shipped.
