Over more than 40 years ago, our cowhides were used to decorate the living and dining rooms of high society homes due to the rarity of of skins that had been treated with sea salts and dried in the sun for days. Nowadays, these skins have kept their "social standing" by decorating floors, tables, and furniture of all styles though today, tanning is no longer done with salt.

Founded in 1951, TheCowhideCorral is a family business with three generations of cattle expertise and tanning experience.
