By bidding on this item, you acknowledge all terms and conditions as follows, noting that all non-paying bidders will receive negative feedback and will be reported to eBay:  

• Please include your eBay Item # with your payment and all e-mails/correspondence.
• Please send PayPal payments to ebay@esbuys.com.  We will only ship to VERIFIED PayPal addresses.
• Sorry, but we can only ship to addresses in the United States.
• Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Please respond within 3 days of end of auction.
• Item must be paid for within 5 days after end of auction or item will be relisted, negative feedback will be left, and we will file a non-paying bidder notice with eBay.
• For orders shipping to locations not within the lower 48 Continuous States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.), please contact us to find out the extra shipping cost.
• Orders received on weekends and national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Insurance is included in your shipping costs.
• California residents are required to pay sales tax of 7.25%.
• All sales are final.  No refunds.  Your bid is a binding contract.
• 3 Day Defective Item Policy: 
• If upon receipt you find an item is defective, you may exchange the item for the same item, provided the item is in its original packaging. You must notify us via email within 3 DAYS upon receipt of the item and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from us.  When shipping a return, it is required that you send your item via a carrier that provides a tracking number, proof of delivery, and insurance for your protection at your own expense.
• There are no refunds on shipping under any circumstances.
• Feedback is greatly appreciated and returned.  Thank you for your understanding and support.
• If you only want one item then click the "Buy It Now" button ONCE.  If you click it more than once you are buying multiple items!  We get charged by eBay for each extra item you "Buy Now," forcing us to file a Non-Paying Buyer complaint so we can get credit for the auction fees.  Please be careful when you place your bid to only bid for the quantity you want!
