Shipping Policies
Typically orders are shipped out within 3 business days after receipt of payment.
Items are shipped within 24 hours via UPS and tracking information will be provided.
We do not ship internationally, AFO, APO, PR, HI, AK, GUAM, PO BOX.
None of our products are dropshipped. We warehouse and ship all of our products.

Payment in full is expected within 10 days of the closing of the auction.
Return Policy
All customers must contact us via email within 3 days after receipt
In spite of the issue, customer’s item must be returned to our facility at the buyers shipping expense.
Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund (Credit Card, Paypal, or check), or a replacement with no additional cost.
Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused by anyone.
