BRAND: Linea Naturale. Beautiful dress pant featuring front pleats.

SIZE: 40 X unhemmed could go as long as 38" when hemmed.

COLOR: camel tan

MATERIAL: blend of 50% Polynosic and 50% microdenier polyamide Polynosic is a type of microfiber that is a blend of advanced polyester and rayon fibers. Characteristics include luxurious soft touch with a drapeable hand. It is a natural fiber originating from wood pulp, cellulose and rayon.

MEASUREMENTS
WAIST: 40 inches
INSEAM: unhemmed could go as long as 38" if need be

CONDITION: This is a new with tags pair of pants. I have other mens pants in various colors of this style/size listed, happy to combine wins to ship in one box. No stains, tears, etc. but do note some dust on bottom of pant legs from drag on store floor. Will wash out or when hemmed will be cut off. My items come from a smoke free and a pet friendly home.

Since sizes vary so much please check the measurements to assure proper fit.
