- Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 8 AM thru 8PM Eastern Time.

mind when viewing our pictures. What may appear accurate on our screen may
look completely different on yours. We do our best to present an accurate
color representation and description.
Shipping Information
- Items usually ship within 1 business day of receipt of your payment.
- You will receive a shipping notification when your packages ships.
- We provide tracking information for every package we ship.
- Insurance is optional and purchase of insurance is at your discretion.
- Free ground shipping to the continental United States on combined
purchases totaling over $99!
- Combined shipping is available - the rate is the full price for the
first item plus $3 for each additional item paid for and shipped at the
same time. Once payment has been made, combined shipping is no longer
available. Please wait for invoice if you are unsure of your total due.
- We ship Monday through Friday in the mornings, (with the exception of
postal holidays.) We do not ship on weekends. Payments received after 8 AM
eastern time will ship the following business day.
Shipping Policy
- We ship to United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Once Payment is received, we usually ship within 1 business day.
- Buyer pays shipping, handling and optional insurance.
- We offer combined shipping discounts. See details in the the shipping
information section above.
- We do not offer local pickup.
Return Policy
- 100% Money back Guarantee on items returned postmarked within 7 days
of delivery (less shipping, handling & insurance).
- If we make a mistake, domestics*diva will refund your purchase price,
original shipping charges and reimburse you for postage upon return of the
item.
- Items must be returned with all of the original manufacturer's
packaging materials in the condition they were received.
- We recommend purchasing insurance or tracking on your return as we can
not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

legal and binding contact by you to purchase that item, and you are
