We ship your items via UPS ground 1-6 day service.  Your items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.  An invoice will be e-mailed to you with the UPS tracking number when the item has been shipped.  We do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping costs only include 48 continental states.  HI, AK, and PR customers, please e-mail city and zip code for added postage before buying.

UPS Overnight and 2nd Day shipping are available for an extra cost.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not you can return the item for a full refund. Please contact us for return authorization within 7 business days; a returned item will not be accepted and payment will not be refunded without authorization. 

If you do not want the item and it is able to be resold, we will refund you only if it is returned in its original packaging and documentation, the manufacturer's tags are still on, and the item has not been opened or used. Otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. The customer is responsible for allreturn shipping costs.

If your product is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. If the product was damaged during shipping, we will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, the manufacturer may decide to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including all shipping charges.
