All items are Brand new, factory sealed/unread. All DVD's are Region 1.

Shipping is as posted for 3 Day Select. This may be UPS, DHL or Fedex. Please try to provide a physical address whenever possible for fastest delivery.

Fast then a Greased Treesloth Shipping - -Items are shipped as soon as possible after purchase. Items have been received as soon as next day by many buyers and whenever possible, I will upgrade for free to two day shipping. Unlike other sellers, we do not charge a high price to ship media mail. You do get express shipping with us.

Shipping rates -   When comparing Shipping & Handling charges, remember that our insurance is included at no additional cost.  Because we ship from multiple locations, we do not currently offer a shipping discount.

International Orders -  We currently do not ship internationally. 

Do you ship to APO/FPO/PO Boxes addresses?Yes! As a US Army veteran myself, I am proud to ship Books, CD's and DVD's to our ArmedForces we do ship to APO and FPO address via the U.S. Postal Service(USPS). Other items are unavailable to ship at this time. These are shipped via USPS and will have a slower delivery time.
 

Will you ship to a different address? Because our system is automatic we will only ship to the eBay supplied address. If you wish to ship to a different address please change the address during eBay checkout/payment to your desired ship to address. Please enter the correct address during payment. An email sent afterwards may not get seen until your item has shipped. If an item is returned due to a incorrect address, shipping must be paid again before the item is resent.
 

We only accept Paypal at this time. For all payment types you will first need to go through our checkout by clicking on the checkout link provided by eBay or filled out during the payment process.

How can I contact Treeslothsales?Customer service is very important to us. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us using the eBay message system. We answer emails Monday thru Friday  If you email us on Friday afternoon or over the weekend it is unlikely that we will respondbefore Monday afternoon . We try to answer all emails received during business hours the same day or at the latest the very next day(excluding Friday's).

When will I get my item?   Items ship Monday through Friday. An order placed Friday afternoon or night will not go out until Monday and will usually arrive on Wed.

Do you offer local pickup? No. We currently do not have a storefront that offers pickup.

Do you offer insurance?Insurance included in the item cost and not added as a hidden charge during checkout. Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt

Why haven't I received any emails from you?If you have purchased an item from us and have not received any emails, please note the following: Be sure that your spam filters are allowing our emails to get through. Our system will always send an email to confirm your purchase, and another email to confirm that we have received your payment as well as when your item is ready for shipping. Make sure that the address you have registered with eBay is correct as that is where all of our emails are sent. Emails are answered in the order in which they are received. Please allow sufficient time for a reply.

When will I get Feedback? eBay's Selling Manager Pro's automated system will immediately post feedback for you after feedback is received.

What is your return policy?Treeslothsales wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide within 3 days that you do not want the product you purchased, you may return it at your expense for a refund or exchange as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable unless the item is defective or a mistake was made in shipping. In all cases, a return must be received before a refund is issued.
