Payment

We accept PayPal  only.  Through PayPal you can safely and securely make payment from your checking account, debit card or credit card.  PayPal payments are to be made within five (5) days of auction end. 

Paypal payments should be made to:  revendeloutlet@netins.net.  PayPal payments made from an unconfirmed address may take up to five days to process.  We encourage all buyers to confirm their address with PayPal to expedite the shipping process.

Shipping

We ship our items using Fed Ex (3-5 business days), UPS (3-5 business days) or US Postal Services (3-10 business days).  Method of shipping depends upon our warehouse locations and buyer’s location.

Item will be shipped within 1-5 days of cleared payment.  We ship within the continental US ONLY.

Refunds/Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or significantly not as described. Unless described otherwise in the listing, all other sales are final. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that MUST be written on the outside of the shipping box. Item must be returned within 30 days of your original purchase date and MUST include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories (No Exceptions). Returns not meeting the above requirements will be refused and returned to the sender.  If a returned item is found not to be defective, it will be considered an unwanted item and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Buyer is responsible for return postage in all instances. Please allow up to 20 business days to process your refund or exchange.  Refunds will be made through PayPal less original s&h (shipping and handling are not refundable).
