Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use quality materials to pack items with care. Domestically, we exclusively ship with either FedEX Ground or Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. We do not make exceptions. Our expert listers determine the shipping method prior to listing. Look under the item price for shipping cost within the mainland USA. You can view the shipping calculator to see the method that will be used.Due to PayPal seller protection requirements, we will only ship USPS Express Mail for international orders . The only exceptions are Canada and Australia where we also sip International Priority Mail..

FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We require insurance on most items with a value over $100. A direct signature will be required for items with a total payment over $250. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will ship 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Most items ship out next day.

International Shipping: We ship select items internationally. Heavy or large items will only ship to the US. Due to PayPal Seller Protection requirements, we will only ship USPS Express International, except Canada and Australia where Priority shipping is aalso an option. Please understand this is our firm policy, and be sure to use our online calculator to determine parcel costs to your country and bid accordingly. Please check the shipping calculator for availability and a price quote. If calculator reports 'Shipping not Available', then we will not ship the item outside the US. IMPORTANT: We will NOT falsify item value or mark things as gifts on customs forms under any circumstances! The winning bid will be used for item valuation. Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping for domestic purchases, but NOT internalal orders. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us at service.az086@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is.

If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, contact us at service.az086@i-soldit.com. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Tax:

Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
