      Return Policy

We welcome all questions in order to ensure a positive transaction from beginning to end.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase follow these steps in order to qualify for a refund.

• Please contact us by email within four days of receiving your item.

• All returns must be authorized and pre-approved by us.

• Keep the original packaging since you will need it in order to return the item

• Items must be received and returned within seven business days of item delivery date

• In order to get a refund, we must receive the item  in the same condition that it was received in. We do not accept returns that have been modified or tampered with.  Item/items must be unworn and all manuals, tags, books, warranty cards and original packaging must be included with returns.

• We gladly accept returns, however due to processing and listing fees we must charge a restocking fee of 10%. Also, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage.

• Watches may be exchanged.  There is no restocking fee on exchanged items.
