Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. We ship using DHL ground services or freight we do not ship by any other method. We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause. Items leave our warehouse around 2-3 business days upon receiving payment. Once shipped, items take 2-5 business days to arrive at the destination point.

We cannot ship outside of the contiguous 48 states. No Alaska or Hawaii sorry folks.

We can only ship to confirmed paypal address per paypal instruction. If you have an issue with this you are going to need to contact us and make further arrangements.

We cannot ship with third party tags. ie: your fedex/ups account We cannot ship to apo/fpo address at this time. If an item is damaged in transit leave everything the exact way that it was when you received it from the ground service and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please note, we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your item'(s) tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.
