Handmade one of a kind doll dress...!!!    (My doll is NOT part of this auction) 

This Sweet little dress was created with a piece of vintage CRANSTON cotton fabric I recently WON... It has delicate little pink and lavender flowers on a lighter pink background. There are also little butterflies sprinkled in the pattern. I trimmed the squared neckline with an old Pink lace that I gave a gather for a bit of fullness. I took this same lace and gathered it, then placed it in a swag design on the nice full skirt. I put another length of the gathered lace right at the hem edge so it gives the appearance of a two-layered skirt... I finished the look with a pink satin ribbon for a belt and made threaded belt loops for it . The dress measures 4 & 1/2 inches from shoulder to hem.   This dress closes with two snaps... The bodice is lined so there are no inner frays...  I am trying to make a new dress every day and plan to work with my pastel fabrics for more spring outfits, so keep checking for them to show up...

I make clothes for the Sweet Sue style 17-18 inch dolls as well as the Ginny dolls and do American Girl things, too...
