We accept returns of items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused or like new condition and must be returned in the original packaging and be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or receipt.
To begin the return process, contact us by phone or email. A customer service representative will issue a return goods authorization number (RGA) and instruct you on how to return the product.
Your return package must include:

- all original parts and packaging

- return goods authorization number

- copy of packing slip or receipt

We do not refund shipping on standard returns. We refund the purchase price of the product only. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse.
If your item is shipped in error, or arrives damaged or defective, we will refund all product and shipping cost associated with your order. We may require proof of damage or defect before approving any refunds.

We inspect all returns made to our warehouse. We retain the right to refuse any returns. Refused returns that have already been shipped to our warehouse may not be reshipped to the customer.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
