We accept paypal, mastercard, or visa. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment and shipped within 48 hours. Please allow up to 4-7 days for your order to arrive from the day that your order is shipped.
Items may be shipped via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. If you have any further questions on which method your particular order will be shipped please contact me. We do discount shipping on multiple purchases. The shipping cost is determined based off the weight of the package and the zip code it is being shipped to.
Insurance: Insurance is now required by eBay and included in the cost of shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 48 hours of arrival and I will file a claim with the post office. Please keep all packaging that was included until the post office has finished their investigation of the claim.
If there is a problem with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will offer an exact exchange for the item if there is a defect in the product not related to shipping damage. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping on any item returned back to us. Please do not leave feedback until the transaction is completed. If you are not satisfied with everything, please contact me before you leave negative feedback so I can try to resolve any issues that you may have.
